Payment terms:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Order Processing:
Most orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, however, during seasonal busy times it may take longer to process your order.
Delivery:
We ship, either US Postal Service or UPS, from Irving, TX. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping from processing of order. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Backorders:
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Partially filled orders will be shipped and a backorder created unless a customer instructs otherwise.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted by email, fax, or phone before shipment of the order. Cancellation requests cannot be honored after an item has shipped.
Return Policy:
Goods are returnable upon prior authorization and are subject to approval from Dasha Designs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns, including defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment.
Claims for incomplete shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached and/or seals unbroken. COSMETICS and TIGHTS are not returnable unless defective.
Allow 2 weeks for the processing of returns once received by our warehouse.
In the event of a defective product, Dasha will refund the amount to the card that was used to purchase the item(s). Only merchandise will be refunded – shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns must be sent postage paid and have a copy of the original invoice.

Dasha Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customer should consider insuring their returns.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item (perhaps for a different size or color), it will be treated as a return and a new order. We do this so both the returned item and the newly shipped item can be tracked easily for both customer and Dasha. There is no exchange fee, however, the item sent back to Dasha must follow the same guidelines as a regular return (e.g., must be in resellable condition, buyer pays shipping, etc).
