We collect only the most basic information needed to receive your order, process the payment, and ship it to your door. Contained below is some more information on what we collect, why, and how it relates to you or Dasha. 3rd Party/Partners/Affiliates: We do NOT sell or give any of your information to 3rd parties or affiliates. You can rest easy knowing that you will not receive any marketing mail (electronic or otherwise) from other companies as a result of ordering on our website. Orders: For the ordering process we collect your name, address, email, phone #, and payment information. We would use your phone # only as a means to clarify your order (e.g., sizing or color, etc). Your email address is used in conjunction with a password as a means to login and identify you as a customer. We only send marketing emails to customers that have opted in to receive our newsletters. A customer that has not signed up for our newsletter would only receive emails updating them on the status of their order. After the order has shipped, that customer would not receive future emails from Dasha. Links: We may have links to other websites such as our Facebook or Instagram pages. The privacy policy detailed on this page is exclusively for www.DashaDanceStore.com. Security: Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, are entered on a page that is SSL encrypted. SSL encryption creates a secure, encrypted link between the web server and browsers. We use a credit card processing company that does not employ your personally identifiable information in a method outside of processing the payment. Inside the office, only team members that need your personally identifiable information (such as the customer service and billing departments) have access to it. All team members are kept up to date on security policy and procedure. Newsletter: When creating an account there will be an option to receive our newsletter. To opt in, simply check the box. If you wish to opt out at any time there is an “Unsubscribe” link on our home page. It will take you to a page where you can unsubscribe from our newsletter.
